Prices, lead times and technical specifications are those stated on the accepted quote.

Delivery times are indicative and confirmed when the order is placed. Installation and training may be included as specified in the contract.

The client must provide suitable site access (power, ventilation, space).

Machines are covered by the warranty stated on the quote and product sheet. Unauthorized modifications or misuse may void warranty coverage.

Site content (text, images, trademarks, visuals) is protected. Reproduction without written permission from Miles Gelato Morocco is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
